Ink & Toner Solutions stands by all its products with a full 1-year guarantee. For a full year beyond the date of purchase, we promise that our ink and toner products will meet or exceed your expectations and needs. If, for any reason, any of our products or services don't match up, let us know.
For support with inkjet printers, we have partnered with Cartridge-Support.com. They provide fantastic troubleshooting, tutorial videos and help for nearly any inkjet printer system.
If you are having a problem with an ink or toner product:
1. Please use the contact us form or call us to request support.
2. We will do our best to troubleshoot your issue by phone or by email, whichever is more convenient for you.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately using our online form. We will re-ship the damaged item to you at no extra charge or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product.
Please note that if you return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number, you will receive NO refund or replacement. In other words, you need to contact us first so that we can send you the proper forms.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Products are covered under our warranty for up to 1 calendar year.
If you receive a defective item, or would like to exchange your products for any reason, please contact us. We will re-ship a replacement for the damaged or exchanged item to you at no extra charge (other than S&H if applicable) and include a return label. If you do not send back the defective item to us within 10 business days we will either bill your credit card or account for the cost of goods. Please make sure defective items are returned immediately to avoid this.
We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
When you purchase over $45 worth of merchandise we will provide you with free standard shipping. Any order under $45 is subject to a small $3.99 S&H charge ($8.99 for large toners) within the continental USA. You may also choose the option of 2-day delivery. Please call the store @ 413-517-0099 to inquire about shipping prices and to place an order for this option.

All AE, APO, AP, or FPO military address orders are shipped via regular post.
Orders will typically arrive between 1 to 7 business days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast.
Please ensure that your address is correctly entered. We must charge you for shipping if an order must be reshipped due to an address error.
*All orders received after 4:00 p.m. EST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. This applies to holidays as well.
We know how much you value your privacy, so we make sure that your privacy is protected any time you're using our services. You do need to give us some basic personal information so we're able to process your orders and requests. However, we want you to know exactly what information we need, why we need it, and how we make sure that your information is protected. We want you to be able to enjoy your experience with us here safely and privately.

In order to process orders for you, we require some personal information from you when you are ordering:

• mailing address (to ship the order to you correctly)
• billing name and address (for verification purposes only)
• credit card number and expiration date (if this is your payment method)
We are the shipper in many cases but from time to time we will drop ship out-of-stock items but do not forward any billing information.

We also guarantee that every order you place here will be 100% safe. This means that we will reimburse you for any fraudulent charges that are not covered by your bank and that result through no fault of your own from purchases made at our Web site while using the secure server.
