It is our top priority to provide you with the best products. Please let us know if you are ever dissatisfied with a product you received from us. We make it easy and painless to deal with the issues.

 

Returns

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately using our online form. We will re-ship the damaged item to you at no extra charge or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product.

Please note that if you return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number, you will receive NO refund or replacement. In other words, you need to contact us first so that we can send you the proper forms.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Products are covered under our warranty for up to 1 calendar year.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective item, or would like to exchange your products for any reason, please contact us. We will re-ship the damaged or exchanged item to you at no extra charge (other than S&H).
