We began using Ink and Toner Solutions almost two years ago, and being a manufacturing facility that depends on all of our printers  running every day,  we are thrilled with the level of service and support we receive from them.   The response time is phenomenal and the technicians are quick and extremely helpful.   All around this company is  an asset to our support system.   We have experienced little to no down time because of their efficiency!
