Return Policy

While we believe our eco-friendly remanufactured inks and toners will work as well as the OEM new supplies you may be already using, we know that defects occur and inks and toners can be faulty. We offer a full warranty on all of the products we sell that they will be free from defects for the usable life of the ink/toner or for a period of 1 year, whichever comes first. We will offer an exchange or refund for the purchase price of the item if found to be defective.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) legal specifics:

All valid returns of items must be returned to Ink & Toner Solutions within 30 days of the date the RMA is requested.

In the case of an Advance Exchange RMA where we cross-ship a replacement item to you in advance of receiving the the returned defective item, if it is found to be functional and working or otherwise not returned within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method for the amount of the replacement item and any applicable shipping costs.

“Usable life of the ink/toner” is defined as no less than a minimum of 15% estimated remaining toner still in the cartridge, or in the case of inks, at least 30% estimated remaining ink volume.

Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for non-defective opened items if they were incorrectly purchased or they can no longer be used. Any non-defective, unopened items may be returned and a 20% restocking fee applied.
